Regular practices begin shortly after 7:30 p.m. with organized stretching and a brief warm-up. Next, we may do a series of sprinting and ball-handling drills. Tackling may also be thrown in for good measure. Afterward, the forwards and backs split into their groups and perform team exercises. For the last 30 minutes of practice, we may join back together and scrimmage or play a game of touch rugby.

Keep in mind — this is important — YOU CAN DO AS MUCH OR AS LITTLE AS YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE!

Often times, guys will sit out of practices to rest, get a better prospective of what's happening on the pitch, or simply because they aren't feeling it that evening.
