FOR NEW BUCKS PLAYERS - Save the date: 11:00am - 1:00pm, Saturday, July 18, 2009 in Piedmont Park (Charles Allen
entrance off of 10th Street)- Rugby 101 primer. Please arrive at 10:45am. This will provide a good introduction to
the sport of Rugby and to the Atlanta Bucks. Prospective Players and Auxiliaries should attend! Regular practices
begin with organized stretching and a brief warm-up. Next, we may do a series of sprinting and ball-handling drills.
Afterward, the forwards and backs split into their groups and perform team exercises. For the last 30 minutes of practice, we may join back together and scrimmage or play a game of
touch rugby. Don't miss the upcoming Sat. July 18 Rugby 101 primer!
